Lesleigh has spent the last three decades dedicated to the O&P profession. She began in administrative and clinical support roles, navigating the complicated landscape of compliance, billing, and more. Her acumen for improving processes and managing people established her as a natural leader. Ed and Lesleigh purchased PCE in 2015 knowing their collective experience and care for their patients and employees would make a huge difference in the Las Vegas community and beyond. As PCE has grown, Lesleigh realized that her colleagues throughout the country needed support in providing excellent patient care while achieving the best possible health for their businesses. In 2018 she founded O&P Insight, a consulting firm helping independent O&P practices to not only survive but also to thrive in today’s challenging healthcare environment. As someone very dedicated to family and friends, Lesleigh makes time to enjoy live music, traveling, good food, and lots of adventures with her three grandchildren.
